Building Communities Online

The emphasis here is on SOCIAL - we should all be using our pages (personal and business) to help build strong communities that support each other.
Here's some ways that we can all help:
Share your experience - if you've had a great interaction, let others know! Post reviews - keep things positive - any negative feedback should go directly to the business with an option to address the issue Share each other's posts - this helps to not only raise awareness, but also to let the algorithm know that the original post was relevant Tag others - include other businesses in your posts, it's the friendly thing to do! Share events - how do people know about things if we don't help publicise them?
REMEMBER - we are all part of this community - if you build it, they will come!
