About Me!

I thought I would give you all a little insight into who I am, and why you would want me to help with social media marketing.

My name is Sarah and my business is Sarah's Marketing Creations. I've lived in Shepton Mallet all my life although it's only in relatively recent years I've worked here.

My working life began with a national paper merchant in Bristol, supplying paper and board to printers & publishers in the South West. My role was not just selling but building lasting relationships - I am still good friends with many of my colleagues and customers 16 years on.

After more than 20 years I switched to a farm office just outside of Sherborne, a job I enjoyed for 8 years. This is where I developed a passion for marketing. A seed was planted and I thought about setting up my own business.

Sarah's Marketing Creations began in 2018, looking after local independent businesses with their digital marketing. I still have a very soft spot for printed media and believe the two work very well together.

I am very much a local girl with good local knowledge. I am passionate about helping local independent businesses develop their brand awareness and grow their business.

I have a good understanding of how social media works, and also the dreaded algorithm. I also continually invest in my business and only use paid applications for graphics and videos.
